Refund policy

A. ORDER EVALUATION
  1. Customers shall inspect the items/orders received within 3 hours for FRESH items and 6 hours for FROZEN items' correctness, freshness, quality, or presence of handling and delivery faults/errors. Items received will be treated correct and complete if no feedback arises within 24 hours. Should there be concerns due to incorrect items, incomplete or concerns regarding freshness and quality of items, customers shall notify 4R Fresh and Frozen immediately within 24 hours for possible credit or replacement.
  2. 4R Fresh and Frozen may require customers to submit photos and other documents regarding the complaints on items delivered.
  3. Customers shall not alter the original products delivered with concerns. 

B. CANCELLATION, RETURNS, REPLACEMENT & REFUNDS

  1. Please contact us immediately via our hotline, Facebook/Instagram account, mobile number or email address if you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed. You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order and another 24 hours after receiving them.
  2. To be eligible for replacement or credit, the item must be unused and in the same condition that customers received the items. It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. Credits are the sole discretion of 4R Fresh and Frozen. Although an event may be cancelled or rescheduled, 4R Fresh and Frozen reserves the right to allow for consulting and coordinating when or if determining to allow for a cancelation or replacement/credit of any amount or for any reason.
  4. Validation of complaints will be processed within 48-72 hours upon receiving the items (defective or damaged) at the warehouse for inspection. If complaint is valid, we will process replacement of items within one (1) week after validation or credit the amount on the next order. Replacement of items can be the same items or other items available at the store with the same value deducting any discounts or promos applied on the item. 

C. FEEDBACK

  1. You may provide or submit comments, feedback, suggestions and other content or information (collectively, "Comments") as long as the content is not illegal, criminal, immoral, inappropriate, hateful, obscene, defamatory, offensive, violent, abusive, political, religious, infringing or disrespectful in nature, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, solicitation or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a Comment.
  2. We may, but are under no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine, in our sole discretion, is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
